The hotel is located in the historic Eixample Dreta area, the birthplace of the Modernism movement of which Antoni Gaudi is considered the leader, at Grassot Street 4 next to the intersection of Rosselló Street. There are restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute drive away. Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 15 km away. Complex facilities include reception service (open limited hours but with the possibility to do the chek-in 24h directly at the apartment ), A/C in the common areas, safety boxes at the reception, parking (extra charge), roof terrace and elevator/lift.
