Cancellation Policy: * If the booking is cancelled with more than 10 days before the arrival, no penalty; * If the booking is cancelled between 10 and 6 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 15% of the total as a penalty; * If the booking is cancelled between 5 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty; * If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
